Part one of two practical online sessions for family carers

Helen Ryan from Total Health is back with us for two informative, interactive sessions on Women's health with a focus on all things related to bone and muscle health, heart health, hormonal health and the menopause.

This first session takes place on Monday morning at 10am and the second on Friday at 7pm.

Each session will have different information and each will also include some gentle movement and breathing techniques.

Helen Ryan is a CORU-registered healthcare practitioner with 20 years of experience in physical therapy. Helen now focuses on helping individuals, organisations, and communities prioritise their health through engaging talks, transformative workshops, and wellness retreats.

Family carers in Cavan, Monaghan, Louth and Meath are invited to come along on a day trip to Leinster House. View the Dáil and Seanad Chambers and learn about the legislative process. Lunch will be provided. Places are limited for this event.
